Chinese Beef with veggies

Thinly slice flank steak. Marinate with 2 T soy, 2T mirin or sherry, 1 t. Cornstarch. Cook over high heat for 1 minutes-1 1/2 minutes with your favorite veggies. Add more oil, garlic, chili peppers, cook another minute.
