Apple Pancakes

These pancakes are not thin and eggy. They are deep dish pancakes. If you whisk the egg whites separately, And fold it in at the end, they will be even more cake like.

Preheat oven to 425

Melt 2 Tablespoons butter, place in a 13x9 pan. Add 3 apples, peeled, thinly sliced.  Mix and add a dash of cinnamon to about a T. sugar.
bake for 5 minutes.

3 eggs
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 t. baking powder
1 2 t. Salt
3 T.melted butter
1 1/2 c. Milk
2 c.  Flour

Whisk eggs and sugar until pale yellow. Add some of the milk, butter, salt, baking powder.  Slowly add the flour with the rest of the milk.

Pour over the baked apples.Bake 15-20 minutes.
