2 cups flour
1 Tablespoon sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, diced and Softened
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
I make these when I don't have buttermilk. I prefer buttermilk biscuits though. Mx flour and butter and the ret. Do not over mix.
