Lemon Ice Cream

3 eggs
1 1/2 c. Sugar
Zest lemon
1 c. Lemon juice
1 1/2 c. Half and half
 1/4 c. Buttermilk (or milk)
1/2 t. Vanilla

Beat zest, eggs and sugar until thick and pale yellow. Add the rest. Put into ice cream maker. Ice cream is strong but creamy amd will stay soft. It is not too sweet. The kids love it.
