curried coconut squash soup

Olive oil
Squash, diced
Diced carrots
Grated onion, garlic,turmeric
Cumin
Ginger
Cinnamon
Clove
Coriander
Chili powder
Salt and pepper
Can chicken broth
1 cup water
1can coconut milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook squash, carrots, onion, add spices, add garlic. Add broth. Cook until squash is soft. Blend. Add coconut milk.
