Dry rub -mustard, garlic, cumin, cayenne, paprika, cloves, cinnamon, brown sugar, chili powder, salt and pepper.
Apply the dry rub and let sit for 1 hour.
Grill 5-7 minutes per side then bake, covered in foil, for 1 1/2-2 hours or until you can pull apparent with a fork on 350. Turn over every 20-30 minutes. Dilute sauce with Apple cider and bake for the last 30 minutes. Also good with 1/2 cup bbc sauce, 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar and 8 pitted cherries.
