Veggie Millet patty

1-2 Potatoes mashed
1/2 cup millet, cooked
1/4 cup cooked corn
1/4 cup cooked peas
1/4 cup cooked carrot, diced
1/4 t. Turmeric powder
1/2 t. Cumin
1/4 t. Sweet Paprika
1/4 t. Sharp paprika
1/4 t. Garlic powder
1 egg
Salt and pepper

Boil potato and carrots, drain. Toast millet, then simmer with water. I used frozen corn, peas cooked together with water in the microwave for 1 1/2 minutes then drain. Mash the potato and mix egg, spices. Add the rest. Shape into thin patties. Cook with 1/2 in oil on medium 1-2 minutes per side or until golden brown.
