Salmon Teriyaki

Marinade

1/4 cup sherry
1/4 + 3 Tablespoons sake
1/4 cup + 3 Tablespoons soy sauce
1 Tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon sugar

Preheat oven to 425. Mix the marinade. Coat salmon with the marinade. Bake salmon for 10-15 minutes about 5-7 minutes per side. Brush marinade over the salmon after turning.
